Pricing & Payments
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The Naramata Garden Café currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards for online purchases. Prices are subject to change without notice. The product price does not include shipping. Sales tax is applied where required.


After you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation that your order was placed. Your order will be shipped no more than five business days after the payment has been approved.

Privacy & Safety

The Naramata Garden Café will never sell, trade or distribute your information to another company for any reason, without your consent, other than to deliver the purchased product. We process payments using Square and the services of the Royal Bank of Canada.

Shipping Policy

Custom and large orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification and tracking number when your order has shipped.

The Naramata Garden Café uses Canada Post to ship. Rates are based on order size and weight and can be subject to change.

Return & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at: We will be happy to help you with your returns.


Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: 

Certain types of items like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) cannot be returned but it fully depend on the situation. So, email us at: and let us know your return needs. We will assist you further.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
